Charleston North Metro's new and exciting location for meetings and events, The Wingate by Wyndham University Boulevard offers on-site meeting and event space for up to 200 attendees and campus wide meetings to 1500. On-site catering offered by Charleston Southern University's Catering by Aramark, can tailor any event for a variety of tastes and budgets.

In addition to the hotel's on-site meeting space, guests of the hotel may also hold events utilizing the University's vast array of meeting and function space, from a 10 person board meeting to a large gathering of up to 1500 people at the beautiful Lightsey Chapel.

The Wingate at Charleston Southern has over 2,000 square feet of flexible meeting space on-site. A lavishly appointed Board Room can accommodate inimate meetings for up to 10 attendees. Audio and Video Technologies
The Wingate by Wyndham offers several audio and visual technologies for your meeting or event. These technologies are available for rent. They include two projectors, a conference phone, computer speakers, microphones, an HD LCD television, a podium with a built-in microphone and speaker system, and a DVD/VCR player. Azalea rooms A & B are equipped with a digital, drop-down projector screens. The boardroom is completed with a built-in white board/ projector screen as well.
